Under Local Policy FDA, non-resident students of GCCISD must apply annually, and transfers are granted one year at a time. Approval depends on campus space, campus staffing, and the student’s discipline, academic, and attendance records. Transfer students must follow all district rules, and violations may affect current and future approval. The district does not provide transportation; families are responsible for getting students to and from school.
